Raiffeisenbank denies plans to leave Russia

MOSCOW, Mar 1 (PRIME) -- Raiffeisenbank, affiliate of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), denied on Tuesday a Reuters report about its plans to quit Russia.

"Raiffeisenbank denies a story of the news agency … about its possible quitting the Russian market. We are ready to ensure uninterrupted availability of financial services for our clients on the Russian market," the bank said.

Reuters said that Raiffeisenbank would be first bank to leave the market after sanctions.
